Rated capacity: 30kVA
Input voltage: 380V AC (three-phase)
Output voltage: 220V-170V DC (regulated by rectifier device)
Voltage regulation range: Supports ± 5% voltage fluctuation to meet the high current demand of steel plants.
Connection group and winding design
Using Y/yn0 or D/y11 connection groups to optimize three-phase balance and harmonic suppression.
The secondary winding is designed as a split structure to reduce magnetic leakage and enhance short-circuit resistance.
Insulation and Protection
Insulation level: H level (heat-resistant temperature of 180 ºC), meeting stable operation in high temperature environments.
Protection level: IP20 (open type), suitable for industrial environments without dust and corrosive gases.

No load loss: ≤ 250W
Load loss: ≤ 1800W
The overall efficiency is ≥ 98%, in compliance with the GB/T 1094.1-2013 standard.
Thermal Design
Adopting dry forced air cooling, equipped with axial flow fan and heat sink, ensuring full load operation at an ambient temperature of 40 ºC.
The iron core is a stacked structure of silicon steel sheets, which reduces eddy current losses.
Dynamics
Support phase controlled voltage regulation (by controlling the conduction angle through thyristors) to achieve smooth adjustment of DC voltage.
Impedance voltage: 6% -8%, suppresses short-circuit current surge.
