Suitable for new residential areas, green belts, parks, station hotels, construction sites, airports and other places.
ZGS13-H series American pre-installed box-type substation is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as substation, metering, compensation control and protection devices.
This product meets the following standards: GB/T17467-1998 "high voltage and low voltage prefabricated substation", DL/T537-93 "6-35kV box type substation ordering technical conditions"

Fully insulated, fully sealed, free of less maintenance, reliable to ensure personal safety;
The structure is compact, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the European transformer with the same capacity, and the height is low;
The sub-box structure can be used to avoid the pollution of the oil in the transformer oil tank;
The high-voltage side adopts double fuse full-range protection, which greatly reduces the cost:
◇ Both ring network and terminal can be used. The cable head can be plugged and unplugged in emergency at 200A load current;
The box body adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite board, which has the function of temperature insulation and heat dissipation;
The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase loss protector, which can quickly break the main switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system;
◇ High-pressure side oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch can be upgraded electrically, laying the foundation for realizing distribution network automation.
Oil-immersed S9 or S11 series transformers with better performance are adopted.

Installation place: no fire, explosion hazard, chemical corrosive gas and well ventilated place, the ground angle is not more than 3 °.

American box transformer is provided with full-range protection by backup protection fuse and plug-in fuse in series, which is simple in principle, economical and reliable. The backup protection fuse is an oil-immersed high-voltage current limiting fuse with large breaking capacity and only operates when the transformer fails. The plug-in fuse is equipped with double-sensitive fuse, which can provide double protection of current and temperature. After the double-sensitive fuse is blown, the fuse core can be easily replaced on site.

box transformer structure
The product box structure is composed of three parts: high pressure interval, low pressure interval and fuel tank interval. The high-voltage interval includes high-voltage cable accessories, load switch, no-load tap-changer, plug-in fuse, pressure release valve, oil level gauge, oil temperature meter and oil drain valve. The LV interval includes LV bushings, LV meters, circuit breakers, and capacitance compensation. The tank interval includes transformer winding and iron core, radiator, high-voltage load switch and fuse. The tank transformer structure can be designed as "product" type or "target" type as shown in the following figure according to the requirements of the scheme.
